Day 1 of training for a half-marathon: D-95

Why did I challenge myself to do that again?? Oh yes. Charity. I need to keep my mind focused on that. Right now, at 10.30am, head still sleepy, I feel nothing like running. But I made a promise, so I’ve got to go.
I think running for charity may have been the best idea ever to get me out of my notorious laziness. To be honest, being lasy is so easy… And running half-marathon is so hard!!! So when it’s done, I’ll have something to be proud about.

Au programme today: just 25 mins, keeping my heart rate nice and low-ish. Highly doable, right? We’ll see when I come back.
My legs are still hurting from last Sunday’s pre-training session that lasted exactly 18mins.
C’est pas gagné ! !
